STC1000C7-8-(Model-25)-Truck is a 100-ton seven-section arm truck crane. It is the main equipment for large-tonnage mobile lifting. It is widely used in high-height and heavy-duty lifting conditions such as high-rise building construction, steel structure hoisting, bridge engineering, wind power supporting equipment, large factory equipment disassembly and assembly, stadium construction, and large equipment relocation. The seven-section long arm design enables a wide range of operations, taking into account the long arm lifting performance and the convenience of highway transition. It is the preferred model for hoisting large projects.

The whole machine is equipped with a 7-section U-shaped high-strength steel main arm, adopts a new dual-pump combined electronically controlled hydraulic system, and is equipped with working condition adaptive control technology. The compound movements are smooth and smooth. The telescopic arm is buffered to suppress impacts, and the stability of long-range and high-height hoisting is greatly improved. It is equipped with an upgraded version of the intelligent torque limit safety system, which monitors the lifting weight, amplitude, lifting height, and rotation angle in real time. It adopts a high-load-bearing axle and a third-generation hybrid reinforced frame, which has higher structural rigidity and strong deformation resistance; the modular counterweight supports quick disassembly and assembly of the counterweight, and the counterweight can be carried directly to the scene to improve construction efficiency. The long-span outrigger design ensures uniform stress on the outrigger base and is suitable for uneven and complex ground on the construction site. The ergonomically optimized cab and hoisting operating room feature shock and noise reduction, reasonable layout of operating handles, and optional wireless remote control. The core hydraulic valve group and winch mechanism adopt high-quality components, making the entire machine highly reliable and convenient for maintenance, reducing the full-cycle operating costs of the equipment.
