STC1300C8-8-Truck-Crane is a 130-ton eight-section arm truck crane. It is a large-tonnage long-arm mobile lifting equipment. It is widely used in ultra-high-height, long-range heavy-load hoisting scenarios such as high-rise steel structure construction, bridge engineering, wind power supporting hoisting, petrochemical plant equipment installation, large-scale venue construction, and large equipment relocation. The 8-section ultra-long main boom design enables a wide range of operations, taking into account strong lifting capacity, ultra-high lifting height and fast highway transition performance. It is the core lifting equipment for large-scale engineering projects.

The whole machine is equipped with an 8-section U-shaped large arc cross-section high-strength steel main arm. It adopts a new generation of dual-pump intelligent branching and merging electronically controlled hydraulic systems. It is equipped with adaptive control technology for rotation conditions. Composite action control is smooth and precise. The one-click telescopic arm function optimizes the operating experience of long crane operations. The telescopic buffer mechanism effectively reduces impact and greatly improves the stability of long arm operations. Equipped with an upgraded intelligent torque limit safety monitoring system, it collects multi-dimensional data such as lifting weight, operating range, lifting height, and rotation angle in real time. It integrates overload audible and visual alarms and multiple safety interlocking protections to avoid all risks in hoisting operations. Equipped with the i-ECO 2.0 intelligent fuel-saving control system, the power of the engine and hydraulic oil pump are dynamically matched, and the power output is automatically adjusted according to the load, effectively reducing operating fuel consumption. It adopts a five-axle heavy-duty special chassis and a high-strength reinforced frame with excellent deformation resistance; equipped with modular counterweights, the counterweights are easy to disassemble and assemble, and the counterweights can be configured as needed to meet different hoisting conditions. The ultra-large-span outrigger structure and the outrigger base are evenly stressed and can adapt to the uneven and complex ground environment of the construction site. The ergonomically optimized cab and hoisting operating room feature shock and noise reduction, wide field of vision, reasonable handle layout, and support for wireless remote control operation. Core hydraulic components such as the winch and main valve are made of high-quality components. The entire machine has high reliability and convenient maintenance, effectively reducing the operating costs of the entire life cycle of the equipment.
