STC1600C8-8-Truck-Crane is a 160-ton eight-section arm truck crane. It is a large-tonnage long-arm mobile lifting equipment. It is widely used in ultra-high height, long-range and heavy-load lifting conditions such as high-rise steel structure hoisting, bridge steel box girder construction, wind power supporting installation, petrochemical plant equipment maintenance, large-scale venue construction, super-high-rise building tower crane dismantling, and large equipment relocation. The eight-section ultra-long main boom is combined with an expandable jib solution to cover a wide range of operations. It takes into account heavy-duty hoisting performance, ultra-high lifting height and highway transition maneuverability. It is the core hoisting equipment for large-scale engineering projects.

The whole machine is equipped with an 8-section U-shaped ultra-large cross-section high-strength steel main arm. It adopts the third-generation structural platform. The bending and torsion resistance of the main arm is greatly improved, the deflection of the long arm is lower, and the stability of long-distance hoisting is stronger. Equipped with i-Hoisting 2.0, a new generation dual-pump intelligent branching and merging electronically controlled hydraulic system, it is equipped with adaptive control technology for slewing conditions, which can adjust the slewing torque in real time according to the hoisting load, with small impact on start and stop. It supports one-button intelligent control of the telescopic arm, and the system automatically recommends the optimal operating conditions, making the telescopic operation simpler and the compound action control smooth and accurate. Equipped with an upgraded intelligent torque limit safety monitoring system, it collects multi-dimensional operating data in real time such as lifting weight, operating range, lifting height, and rotation angle. It integrates overload audible and visual alarms and multiple safety interlocking protections to comprehensively avoid the risks of hoisting operations. Adopting a dual-engine power solution, the lower chassis can choose Yuchai K11 or Weichai WP12 National VI engines, and the upper chassis is equipped with an independent engine equipped with the i-ECO 2.0 intelligent fuel-saving control system. The power of the engine and the hydraulic oil pump are dynamically matched to output power on demand, effectively reducing fuel consumption in long-term operations. The five-axle heavy-duty special chassis and the third-generation hybrid reinforced frame have improved frame carrying capacity and excellent deformation resistance; the modular counterweight supports self-disassembly and assembly without the need for an auxiliary crane, and can carry part of the counterweight directly to the site, greatly shortening the construction site preparation time. The ultra-large-span outrigger structure and the outrigger base are evenly stressed and can adapt to the uneven and complex ground environment of the construction site. The ergonomically optimized passenger car-level cab is equipped with an air-floating shock-absorbing seat and a folding sleeper. The lifting operator's cab has a wide field of vision, the handle response gear can be customized, and supports wireless remote control operation. Core hydraulic components such as the slewing bearing, main valve, and winch adopt high-quality components. The entire machine has high reliability and convenient maintenance, which effectively reduces the operating costs of the entire life cycle of the equipment.
