STC2000C8-8-Truck-Crane is a 200-ton eight-section arm truck crane. It is a large-tonnage long-arm mobile lifting equipment. It is widely used in ultra-high-height, long-range and heavy-load lifting conditions such as high-rise steel structure hoisting, bridge engineering, wind power supporting installation, petrochemical plant equipment maintenance, large-scale venue construction, super-high-rise tower crane dismantling, and relocation of large industrial equipment. Relying on the third-generation 3.0 structural platform, the eight-section ultra-long main boom is combined with a modular jib expansion plan, taking into account powerful lifting capacity, ultra-high lifting height and fast highway transition performance. It is the core equipment for large-scale infrastructure and industrial hoisting projects.

The whole machine is equipped with an 8-section 220-ton ultra-large cross-section U-shaped high-strength steel main arm. After response surface simulation optimization, the deflection of the full-extended arm is reduced, and the load-bearing performance under long-arm conditions is significantly improved. It adopts the i-Hoisting 2.0 new generation dual-pump intelligent branching and merging electronically controlled hydraulic system and integrates the i-Crane intelligent control system. The rotation, telescopic, luffing and hoisting action parameters support customized settings, and the three-speed operation response mode adapts to different operating habits. It is equipped with a one-button intelligent telescopic arm function, the system automatically recommends the optimal working conditions, simplifies telescopic operation operations, reduces the impact of starting and stopping compound actions, and the long-arm hoisting control is smooth and stable. Equipped with an upgraded version of the intelligent torque limit safety monitoring system, it collects multi-dimensional data such as lifting weight, operating range, lifting height, and rotation angle in real time. It integrates overload audible and visual alarms and multiple safety interlocking protections to comprehensively avoid the risks of hoisting operations. Adopting a dual-engine power solution, the vehicle is equipped with a Weichai National VI engine, and the vehicle is equipped with an independent engine. It is equipped with the i-ECO 2.0 intelligent fuel-saving control system. The power of the engine and the hydraulic oil pump are dynamically matched to output power on demand, effectively reducing fuel consumption during long-term continuous operations. The five-axle heavy-duty special chassis and the third-generation hybrid reinforced frame increase the load-bearing capacity of the frame and reduce deformation; it adopts the patented technology of jack-type counterweight self-disassembly and assembly, which does not require an auxiliary crane for disassembly and assembly of the counterweight. It can carry 31t of counterweight directly to the site, greatly shortening the construction site preparation period, and the maximum counterweight can reach 61t. The counterweight supports rearward movement, further improving the stability of heavy-load conditions. The ultra-large-span outrigger structure and the outrigger base are evenly stressed and can adapt to the uneven and complex ground environment of the construction site. The ergonomically optimized passenger car-level cab is equipped with air-floating shock-absorbing seats and sleepers. The lifting operator's room has a wide view and optional wireless remote control operation. Core hydraulic components such as the slewing bearing, main valve, and winch adopt high-quality components. The entire machine has high reliability and convenient maintenance, which effectively reduces the operating costs of the entire life cycle of the equipment.
