STC3000C8-8-Truck-Crane is a 300-ton eight-section arm truck crane. It is a super-large-tonnage long-arm mobile lifting equipment. It is widely used in ultra-high-height, long-range and heavy-load hoisting conditions such as high-rise steel structure hoisting, bridge engineering, wind power tower installation, petrochemical plant maintenance, large-scale venue construction, super-high-rise tower crane dismantling, and relocation of large industrial equipment. Relying on a new generation of high-end lifting platform, the eight-section ultra-long main boom is combined with modular jib and portable super-lift options, taking into account powerful lifting performance, ultra-high lifting height and highway transition maneuverability. It is the core lifting equipment of large-scale infrastructure, petrochemical and wind power projects.

The whole machine is equipped with an 8-section U-shaped high-strength steel main arm with ultra-large cross-section. After multi-working condition simulation optimization, the long arm has excellent deflection control, supports load telescopic function, and high-altitude fine-tuning is accurate and stable. Equipped with i-Hoisting 2.0, a new generation dual-pump intelligent branching and merging electronically controlled hydraulic system, integrated with the i-Crane intelligent control system, the response gears for rotation, telescopic, luffing, and hoisting actions can be customized and adjusted. The three-speed operating modes are suitable for different operating scenarios; equipped with a one-button intelligent telescopic arm function, the system automatically matches the recommended optimal operating conditions, with small start-stop impact for compound actions and high micro-control accuracy. Equipped with an upgraded version of the intelligent torque limit safety monitoring system, it collects multi-dimensional operating data in real time such as lifting weight, operating range, lifting height, and rotation angle. It integrates overload audible and visual alarms and multiple safety interlocking protections to avoid all risks in hoisting operations. The whole machine adopts a dual-engine power solution. The lower vehicle is equipped with a Weichai WP12 National VI engine, matched with a Fast automatic transmission and a hydraulic retarder, which ensures stable braking on long downhill slopes; the upper vehicle is equipped with an independent engine and is equipped with an i-ECO 2.0 intelligent fuel-saving control system. The power of the engine and the hydraulic oil pump are dynamically matched to output power on demand, effectively reducing fuel consumption during long-term continuous operations. Five-axle heavy-duty special chassis, high-strength reinforced frame, optional four-axle steering, flexible transition to narrow construction sites; using jack-type counterweight self-disassembly and assembly technology, no auxiliary crane is required for counterweight disassembly and assembly, and can carry 27.5t of counterweight with the vehicle for direct transition, with a maximum counterweight of 73.5t. It supports rearward movement of the counterweight, further improving the carrying capacity under heavy-load conditions. K-shaped long-span outrigger structure, the outrigger base is evenly stressed, and can adapt to the uneven and complex ground environment of the construction site. The ergonomically optimized passenger car-level cab is equipped with an air-floating shock-absorbing seat, a sleeper and a panoramic sunroof. The hoisting operation room is equipped with a 10.1-inch high-definition touch screen. It supports wireless remote control operation and can remotely complete the lifting and closing operations, reducing auxiliary labor for single-person operations. Core hydraulic components such as slewing bearings, main valves, and winches use high-quality components and are equipped with a centralized lubrication system. The maintenance efficiency is greatly improved. The entire machine is highly reliable and convenient to maintain, effectively reducing the operating costs of the entire life cycle of the equipment.
