STC800C5-8-Series-Truck-Crane is 80 The ton-level five-section arm truck crane is a medium-to-large tonnage mobile lifting equipment. It is widely used in high-rise building construction, bridge erection, hoisting of large equipment in factories, wind power supporting projects, steel structure installation, large-scale venue construction, large-piece relocation and other heavy-load and high-altitude hoisting conditions. It takes into account heavy-load lifting capacity, long-arm operation performance and highway transition mobility. It is the main model for medium-to-large hoisting projects.

The whole machine is equipped with a 5-section U-shaped large-section high-strength steel main arm. It adopts a new generation of dual-pump intelligent branching and merging electronically controlled hydraulic systems, with adaptive flow distribution, smooth and accurate compound action control, telescopic arm buffer control to reduce impact, and the stability of long-distance hoisting is greatly improved. Equipped with an upgraded version of the intelligent torque limit safety system, it collects multi-dimensional data such as lifting weight, operating range, lifting height, and rotation angle in real time. It is equipped with overload audible and visual alarms and multiple safety interlocking protections to avoid the risks of hoisting operations from the source. Equipped with i-ECO intelligent fuel-saving technology, the oil pump and engine power are intelligently matched, and the power output can be dynamically adjusted according to the load, effectively reducing operating fuel consumption. The four-axle heavy-duty special chassis and the third-generation hybrid frame structure have improved frame stiffness and stronger deformation resistance. Multiple specifications of modular counterweights are optional. The counterweights are easy to disassemble and assemble, and can meet the needs of different hoisting conditions. The outriggers adopt a long-span design, and the support base is evenly stressed, which can adapt to the uneven and complex ground of the construction site. The ergonomically optimized integrated cab and lifting operator's cab feature shock and noise reduction, and a reasonable layout of operating handles, making it less likely to fatigue during long-term operations.
