The SY65W wheel excavator is a compact wheeled model fully developed by Sany Heavy Machinery. It features an extended wheelbase, fast travel speed and superior stability to deliver higher return on investment for customers.
The new-generation SY65W China Non-road Stage IV wheel excavator is comprehensively upgraded around three core highlights: New Power, New Appearance and New Technology.
It boasts outstanding energy efficiency, long-term durability, low maintenance cost and intelligent comfortable operation, ideal for sand and stone yards, municipal construction, urban renovation, farmland, water conservancy and other engineering scenarios.
It is equipped with a Yanmar 4TNV98CT engine with rated power of 53.7kW to deliver powerful performance. Fitted with turbocharging technology, it provides higher output power and torque for stronger digging capacity.
Adopting high-pressure common rail technology, the ECU flexibly and precisely controls fuel injection to balance excellent power performance and fuel economy.
The electronically controlled load-sensing hydraulic system consists of electronically variable displacement pump and load-sensing main valve. It adjusts flow volume via control current, featuring high sensitivity and fast response.
The self-developed constant power algorithm realizes high-efficiency matching among engine, main pump and main valve.
The overall comprehensive working energy efficiency of the machine is improved by 5%.
Optimized main pump power distribution increases power output under travel mode, lifting travel speed by 11%.
