Bi-directional Fuel-saving System with Matched Engine & Fully Electronic Control:

It is equipped with a Deutz Dalian 5.7L six-cylinder engine. Its large displacement delivers powerful performance to handle heavy loads and high-volume tasks, and no urea additive is required to balance superior power and fuel economy.

The proprietary electronic control system independently developed by SDLG finely optimizes the electro-hydraulic control logic. The main valve integrates proportional solenoid valves to realize full electrical control, replacing conventional pilot hydraulic lines with wiring harness connections for a simplified hydraulic circuit and reduced pressure loss.

Independent control of all machine movements paired with intelligent flow merging delivers rapid response and high-efficiency flow distribution to cut fuel consumption. The large-displacement main pump supplies abundant hydraulic flow for faster work movements and higher overall productivity.

Robust Structural Components for Stable Operation: Built on SDLG’s proven mature chassis platform, this machine maintains stable digging performance. Custom structural steel plates and advanced manufacturing processes deliver high load-bearing capacity and extended service life.

The reinforced working equipment and chassis are robot-welded, with all welds inspected via flaw detectors and shot-blasted to relieve internal stress, ensuring outstanding long-term reliability.

ROPS Cab with Intelligent Control: The cab features a sleek modern exterior with standard ROPS (Roll-over Protective Structure) high-strength frame to enhance jobsite safety. The enlarged interior space delivers wider visibility and superior operator comfort.

The standard 8-inch color LCD touchscreen supports intelligent functions including control pattern selection, working mode switching and one-touch forward/reverse control pattern swap.

The right-hand console integrates page toggle buttons, throttle speed gears, high/low travel speed switch and maximum power mode, placing all controls within easy reach for intuitive operation.

Simplified Maintenance with Centralized Service Points: The enlarged radiator keeps hydraulic oil temperature low to boost efficiency during demolition and hydraulic hammer tasks. All service components are centrally arranged to streamline routine maintenance procedures.
