Equipped with Weichai WP10H China National Stage IV engine with reinforced cylinder block, the in-cylinder explosion pressure is further increased for more sufficient combustion, stronger power output and greater traction force.

This electronically controlled high-pressure common rail engine supports three power control modes: P (Heavy Load), S (Medium Load), E (Light Load). Operators can select the appropriate mode according to working conditions to reduce energy consumption while improving productivity.

The machine features a moderate wheelbase that balances breakout force and maneuverability, enabling multi-scenario operation to avoid equipment idle time and deliver high productivity.

It adopts a combined dual-pump hydraulic system that delivers large combined flow and high rated working pressure, resulting in fast lifting speed, powerful machine response and precise control, greatly boosting work efficiency.

The transmission is fitted with a magnetic suspension overrunning clutch that maintains stable magnetic force under high temperature and fluid circulation conditions. Strong magnetic force allows the clutch to operate without contact between wearing parts, drastically extending clutch service life.

A reinforced bucket comes as standard. Bucket teeth reduce penetration resistance, and wear plates are installed on the bucket bottom to greatly improve structural strength and wear resistance.

Limp-home mode and dual potentiometer accelerator pedal realize fault protection and early diagnosis for higher safety and reliability. The engine ECU communicates with the instrument panel via CAN bus technology to guarantee stable operation.

The operator cab delivers superior comfort. The step-type color instrument panel offers bright, highly recognizable display for intuitive data reading. The all-steel cab provides spacious interior and wide visibility, with all control levers within easy reach for convenient and comfortable operation.

Multi-point fuel injection (pilot injection + main injection) enables smooth combustion, lowering combustion noise and peak combustion temperature to achieve low emissions and low noise.

The hyperbolic variable-pitch fan runs more quietly and effectively reduces overall machine noise.

Platformized design based on CAST development concept: unified design is adopted for hydraulic cylinders, front and rear frames and other components to realize high part interchangeability, facilitating spare parts stocking and maintenance.

Large-opening side hoods supported by gas springs and openable rear engine hood provide ample service space to save maintenance time and labor. The fuel filter and air filter are centrally arranged on the same side of the engine for convenient daily servicing.

Integrated monoblock cylinder head design integrates primary & fine fuel filters and oil filter, achieving a more compact layout and easier maintenance.

The urea tank and urea pump are mounted on the right side of the counterweight (bucket side), allowing easy cap opening for urea refilling and maintenance.
